About

Soile Paloheimo’s print-informed art combines traditional print techniques with contemporary subject matter. Although her practice for the last decade has been in graphic design, Paloheimo has translated her artistic vision into the medium of printmaking, transforming it into an exploration of print and installation. Through her multimedia installations and the use of various print matrixes, such as screen print, etching, and relief, Paloheimo creates intricate and thought-provoking works – each piece a testament to her artistic vision. She challenges the boundaries of traditional printmaking and uses interference to tell stories that explore the depths of movement and composition.
